I’m Amir Benmarce, the founder of Confirmi. I’m building this product in Algeria to help online sellers manage their orders and deliveries.
The problem we want to solve
An order placed does not always become a parcel delivered. With cash on delivery, unreachable customers, hesitation and returns cost sellers in Algeria time and money.
What we’re building
Confirmi is an AI voice agent that speaks Darja. It calls to confirm orders, follows parcels with Suivi and makes rescue calls when a delivery runs into trouble. Sellers stay in control of what their agent offers.
