Draft document, to be reviewed by a lawyer before going live.

1. Legal framework

Confirmi processes personal data in accordance with Law No. 18-07 of 10 June 2018 on the protection of individuals in the processing of personal data, under the supervision of the ANPDP.

2. Data processed

Seller data (identity, contact, billing) and end-customer data provided by sellers (name, phone, address, order content), as well as call recordings and transcripts.

3. Purposes

Confirming orders, sending them to couriers, following parcels, improving service quality and preventing fraud. Ad measurement: on the waitlist page only, we use the Meta (Facebook) pixel and the Meta Conversions API to measure our ads (page views, form started and sent). Email and phone are sent to Meta only as hashes (SHA-256), with the IP address, browser and the _fbp / _fbc cookies. No pixel in the seller area. You can object by blocking this site's cookies or by writing to us.

4. Risk score

Phone numbers used for the risk score are stored only as salted hashes. No plain-text number is shared between sellers; only a risk level (low, medium, high) is shown.

5. Retention

Call recordings: 30 days by default (configurable). Order data: duration of the business relationship, then legal archiving. Account data: until the account is deleted.

6. Your rights

Everyone has the right to information, access, rectification and objection. To exercise them: support@confirmi.online.

7. Security

Encrypted traffic, courier API keys encrypted at rest, role-based access control and action logging.
