1. Purpose
These terms govern the use of the Confirmi platform, a service for confirming orders by phone, sending them to couriers and following parcels, offered to e-commerce sellers operating in Algeria.
2. Account and access
The seller creates an account with accurate information and remains responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for actions taken by team members.
3. Credits and billing
The service runs on prepaid credits. Only delivered orders are charged, according to the current price list; at confirmation the amount is only reserved, then released if the order is returned or cancelled. Purchased credits are non-refundable except in case of billing error.
4. Seller obligations
The seller guarantees that customers called have placed an order with them and that the data provided was lawfully collected. Unsolicited marketing use is prohibited.
5. Automated calls and recordings
The agent honestly says it is an automated assistant if the customer asks. Calls may be recorded for quality; recordings are kept 30 days by default. [To be reviewed by a lawyer: the call opening no longer mentions recording.]
6. Liability
Confirmi uses reasonable efforts to ensure availability and quality of service, without guaranteeing any confirmation or delivery rate. Relationships with couriers remain the seller's responsibility.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by Algerian law. Any dispute falls under the competent courts of Algiers.
